Highlights of the 60th Annual Susukino Festival

The entire area of Susukino will be turned into a pedestrian paradise! Enjoy gourmet food with a beer in hand!

During the Susukino Festival, the streets from Minami 4-jo Street to Minami 7-jo Street will become a pedestrian paradise every night, with about 90 food stalls offering yakitori, oden, and other delicacies. Visitors can enjoy a variety of gourmet foods with a beer in hand.

At the Oiran Michu, held on Thursday, August 1 from 8:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., oiran (courtesans) in splendid costumes walk gracefully in a southerly direction from Minami 5-jo to Minami 7-jo. This gorgeous spectacle is not to be missed.

From YOSAKOI to idols! 3-day stage schedule

Various shows will be held on the stages set up in the venue, including performances by YOSAKOI Soran teams, a stage by idols, and Enka singer Yutaka Oe singing. On August 3 (Sat.), the final day of the festival, a nostalgic disco will be revived as "Susukino Night Fever. The festival will end with a spectacular finale.
