この冬、｢上士幌ウインターバルーンミーティング｣が3年ぶりに帰ってきます!
新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のための対応を皆様にご協力いただくことが御座いますが、安全に開催できるように十分な措置を講じてお迎えいたします。2023年、最初の熱気球大会。上士幌の空のもと皆様とお会いできることを心よりお待ち申し上げます!
