Natural Science Corporation, a manufacturer and seller of cosmetics and quasi-drugs, will hold a special exhibition "Natu no Mori de Jomon ni Deai Exhibition". We are pleased to announce that the exhibition will be held from March 15 (Fri.) to September 30 (Mon.) at the "Natu no Mori" skincare park operated by the company to support everyone's intellectual curiosity through the discovery of the mysteries and surprises of the Jomon period.

The "Encountering the Jomon in Natu no Mori" exhibition is a "substandard Jomon exhibition" designed for all ages, from children to adults.

We are confident that this exhibition will provide both those interested in Jomon culture and those who are not, with new discoveries and impressions that will stimulate all five senses as we unravel the life and culture of the Jomon period. We are also planning school collaboration, hints for free research, and workshops to expand creativity. Through this exhibition, we hope that everyone's curiosity will be respected, that adults and children alike will enjoy themselves, and that their playful spirit, mind, and skin will be satisfied.

The Jomon period is an important period in Japanese history, yet it has been difficult to know its details. In particular, compared to the history of the mainland, the Jomon period in Hokkaido lasted more than 10,000 years. Therefore, this exhibition explores the life and thoughts of the Jomon period more than 10,000 years ago, and the unique value that Hokkaido's Jomon sites bring.

The exhibition will be held at the gallery venue and workshop space in "Natu no Mori", where visitors can experience the culture and lifestyle of the Jomon period, and experience a time travel from the Jomon - to the present - to the future.

■Gallery "Hokkaido's Jomon Treasures Converge! An easy-to-understand introduction to the Jomon for beginners!
This is an exhibition space where Jomon tools and materials found in Hokkaido are on display for visitors to enjoy and learn about the "Jomon of the North". A life-size model of a man-made dwelling is also on display!
■Event Workshop "Experience Creation and Imagination!
Think about Jomon scents, make Jomon art, and experience making things related to the Jomon period.
■Library "If you want to know more, go to the corner where you can find books!
You can read all you want in a spacious area where you can quickly find solutions to your questions about the exhibits. Recommended books are also introduced.
■Garden & Cafe "Relax and feel like a Jomon in the garden full of nature.
In the garden, related events are being planned under the blue sky. In the café, you can taste Jomon food and sweets.
