What is BLOF theory?
Japan Biofarm Co., Ltd., which sells organic fertilizers, advocates an organic farming technique that considers agriculture in three areas: amino acids, minerals, and soil, and operates farming in a scientific and logical manner.
Lecturer: Tatsuya Tokooka
～Introduction of Tokooka-san～
Representative of Tokooka Farm in Mikasa City. He started helping out with the family farming business at around age 23, and took over management at around age 30.
・The main crops are rice and melons. Watermelons, pumpkins, onions, sweet potatoes, and sweet corn are also produced.
-We have adopted the BLOF theory and are promoting environmentally friendly farming methods.
