Observatory use fee: 200 yen for high school students and older (160 yen per person for a group of 10 or more)
Free for Biei Town residents, Biei High School students, those under 16 years old, and those with a physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or health welfare certificate for the mentally disabled
