We will be holding a lecture on LifeKinetic, a method that originated in Germany, for local residents.

LifeKinetic activates not only physical functions but also brain functions through simple exercises that anyone can do, and is also effective in improving cognitive function, learning ability, and athletic performance.

The trainer, a member of the local revitalization cooperation team, will convey the appeal and fun of exercise through the course, so please come and join us.

Eligible participants: People aged 50 or older who live in the town
Capacity: 10 people (If there are many applicants, participants will be selected by lottery)
