We will hold a radio calisthenics competition, which will provide a forum for physical fitness and for multigenerational community building.

① Default section
Radio calisthenics No. 1. The judges will be on whether everyone is doing the exercises correctly, in unison, and whether they are doing it energetically and with enjoyment.
Team composition: Up to 6 people per team

②Free category
At least five movements from Radio Exercise No. 1 and No. 2 can be included, and free performance, free song, and musical composition arrangements are allowed. The duration is 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes. The judges will be on whether the performance is energetic and enjoyable.
Team composition: No limit on the number of people in one team

Eligible: Residents and employees of the city
Dress code: Dress code is free for each section (costumes and equipment can be brought in)
