The Shin Totsukawa Taste Festival is held in the harvest season to enjoy local seasonal delicacies. In addition to the sale of a special mushroom hot pot using plenty of beech mushrooms from Totsukawa Village, our mother village, and shiitake mushrooms from Shin Totsukawa Town, and freshly ground, freshly beaten, and freshly boiled soba noodles, there will be many food and drink booths.

In addition, free tastings of the town's popular new Yumepirika rice will be available, as well as a new rice scooping event. In addition to the chance to win a bale of new rice, there will be a variety of specialties from the town.
