Weekdays: Junior high school students and above 3,000 yen / Elementary school students 1,000 yen / Preschoolers 500 yen
Weekends and holidays: Junior high school students and above 3,000 yen / Elementary school students 1,500 yen / Preschoolers 800 yen
*Free for children under 2 years old (no rentals)
*Bath service voucher included (not included for children under elementary school age, as bathing is free).
* Fishing rod, tackle, bait, stove, chairs, bucket, ice scoop
*For those using the parking lot for smelt fishing at Lake Shinotsu other than the course: A contribution of 1,500 yen per vehicle
Overview
Experience the thrill of smelt fishing at Lake Shinotsu. It is open from early January to early March every year, so you can enjoy it with friends and family. There are various plans available, and you can even have the fish you catch made into tempura at a restaurant. This is a highly recommended activity for enjoying winter in Hokkaido.
