Kairakuen Green Space was the first planned landscape in Japan to be built by pioneers in 1871. This historic park will be illuminated with the gentle light of ice candles. You can enjoy a fantastic night stroll woven with snow and lights. There will also be a food truck selling coffee and baked goods.
