Traditional events such as the hugely popular Geisha Procession, the portable shrine, and Taiko drum performances are held every time, as well as a variety of shows such as a Yosakoi Soran team performance and dancing on stage. In addition, about 90 food stalls selling yakitori, oden, and other dishes are set up along the roadside, which becomes a pedestrian precinct every night during the festival.
