Sapporo, the prefectural capital of Hokkaido, is the fifth largest city in Japan with a population of about 1.96 million. Local specialties such as ramen, soup curry, and Genghis Khan (grilled mutton) are a must-try, and the seasonal seafood is also exquisite. Additionally, the night view, certified as one of the "New Three Major Night Views of Japan," is a must-see, and the carpet of lights seen from places like Mt. Moiwa is breathtakingly beautiful. It continues to fascinate people with both its food and its scenery.
