This is a race where participants go around Rishiri Island at their own pace, gazing up at Mount Rishirifuji, one of Japan's 100 famous mountains, and enjoying the fresh scent of the early summer sea of the Sea of Japan. The time limit is 10 hours, and although it is a small handmade race, it has a high repeat rate and has become established as a major event in Rishiri.
