■Bifuka Birch Sap Spring Festival 30 Years -Memory Exhibition 1995-2024-: April 12th (Sat) - 15th (Tue)
This event allows you to experience harvesting birch sap, which can only be collected from mid-April to early May when the snow begins to melt. The event begins with an Ainu religious ceremony called "Kamuinomi." In addition to the sap harvesting experience, there are other events such as snowshoe walks and snowmobile test rides, as well as shops selling local specialties.
