Overview
This event allows you to experience harvesting birch sap, which can only be collected from mid-April to early May when the snow begins to melt. The event begins with an Ainu religious ceremony called "Kamuinomi." In addition to the sap harvesting experience, there are various events such as snowshoe walks, an early spring kite flying competition, and sap coffee and sap tea, as well as stalls selling local specialties.
