This is Hokuto City's largest summer festival event, taking place mainly at the Aid '03 special venue and the Kamiiso Station Shopping Arcade (pedestrian zone). In addition to food stalls selling Hokuto City's best food, there are various stage events and shows that families can enjoy, a float procession, a fireworks display in Maehama, and many other events that will enliven Hokuto's summer.
