Overview

The fireworks festival "Taki no Hanabi 2025" will be held on June 29th in a special space at the National Takino Suzuran Hillside Park (Takino, Minami Ward, Sapporo). This event is a paid fireworks festival that is held every year in the vast land of the Takino Suzuran Hillside Park, the largest national park in northern Japan, located on the outskirts of Sapporo. The venue has held paid fireworks festivals with content appropriate to the season, such as LIGHT UP NIPPON HOKKAIDO, which aims to support the Great East Japan Earthquake, and DRIVE IN HANABI, a fireworks display from a car that fits the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year, the event will feature even more exciting content leading up to the fireworks than usual.
During the day, there will be a beginners' dance contest for teenagers, a kids' DJ, a DJ school where anyone can try DJing, a big raffle, and other customer-participation content, as well as the "Hokkaido Meat Festival," which is very popular every year and features unique meat dishes. There will also be a BBQ corner at the venue where you can come empty-handed. You can enjoy delicious meat. This is an event where everyone from children to adults can enjoy various events and delicious gourmet food. At night, you can enjoy fireworks synchronized with music in the vast natural surroundings.
After the fireworks you can also go camping, making this an event packed full of fun.
This year, admission is free for junior high school students and younger.
