The "Nishigoten Kotobuki Marche" will be held at the Nishigoten View Parking Area in Arito, Utasu Town. In addition to a gourmet fair with a tent village and food trucks by the Suttsu Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division, there will also be a Matsumae Kagura performance. In addition, the main house of the Hashimoto family (formerly the Nishigoten) will be open to the public for a limited time to coincide with the event.
