Domigo is one of the cooperating companies in the Nonooto photo exhibition, which celebrates the 20th anniversary of Shiretoko's registration as a World Natural Heritage site.
The exhibition began on June 14th at the Shiretoko Nature Center in Shari Town.
The exhibition is divided into two parts, the first part will run from June 14th to July 11th, and the second part will run from July 12th to August 17th.

Part 1: June 14th to July 11th
"Borderline - Between Wildlife and Humans"
Part 2: July 12th to August 17th
"In Shiretoko Peninsula - Getting closer without touching"

This exhibition does more than just show off the beautiful nature of Shiretoko.
This exhibition is designed to bring to light the problems and changes occurring behind the scenes of beautiful nature, and to provide awareness to people of all ages, from children to adults.

We also work hard to raise awareness of the Natural Parks Act and other laws, and our activities are supported by the Ministry of the Environment's Utoro Nature Conservation Office.

▪︎What's nonooto?
The founding of a nature and culture group called Nonooto (Representative: Masato Hirose, Vice Representative: Makoto Kobayashi) was heavily influenced by witnessing a brown bear come into contact with dumped sweets at Shiretoko Pass.
The three people who chased them away and collected the trash were the representative, the deputy representative, and a friend.

Since then, he began saying, "I felt something was off about just looking, taking pictures, and sending them out, so I wanted to do something about it," and he began working as an organization this year, marking the 20th anniversary of Shiretoko being registered as a World Heritage Site.

Nonooto currently has three bases of operations, and will be expanding the scope of its activities starting with Shiretoko.
