・Residents of Hokkaido
(Those living outside of Tomakomai are also very welcome)

■Participation Denied To
Married individuals, those looking for casual fun, flashy individuals, event-related personnel, those with business or solicitation purposes, those with blatant dating objectives, those not genuinely intending to enjoy the event, and those who do not follow the organizers' instructions.
