・Single individuals
・Residents of Hokkaido
(Those living outside of Tomakomai are also very welcome)

■ Prohibited Participants
Married individuals, those looking for casual fun, flashy/frivolous individuals, event-related personnel, those with business/solicitation purposes, those with overly explicit dating intentions, those who do not intend to genuinely enjoy the event, and those who will not follow the organizers' instructions

The Matchmaking Social Event started as a matchmaking event of the Sapporo Working Adults Circle 'Shakaijin Kouryuukai'.
