This summer, the nights in Otaru become a little special. The fantastical space 'Hoshifuru Kairou,' colored by Japanese umbrellas × light-ups × Tanabata decorations, will appear on Sakaimachi Street. Japanese umbrellas spreading all over above your head, and sparkling lights at your feet. During the day, it's a place for a retro city walk, and at night, it becomes an endlessly 'Insta-worthy' photo spot.
