The Tesshi Nayoro Festival, a colorful summer event set on the banks of the Teshio River, will be held again in 2025. The two-day festival, with the Tesshi Corn Night (July 26th) as the eve of the festival and the Tesshi Nayoro Festival (July 27th), will liven up the summer in Nayoro. The main festival will feature a variety of programs, including the Tesshi Kitchen Car Festa, which will bring together more than 30 cars, a children's playground, dance battles, and a music stage. In the evening, local governments that have ties with Nayoro City will sell local specialties, allowing you to fully experience the charms of the region.

The finale of the festival is a spectacular fireworks display that colors the night sky over the Teshio River in a gorgeous display. Viewing is free, and it is a community-based event that can be enjoyed by families and tourists alike.
