This is a major event in Yubetsu Town, packed with the flavors of autumn. Seafood such as autumn salmon and scallops are sold directly, as well as agricultural and livestock products such as onions and Yubetsu beef.

On the stage, there will be a Koryo Taiko performance by local students, a brass band concert, an impersonation stage by Fujiki Yay! Yay!, and a show by the local heroes, the Yubetsu Sentai Industrial Rangers.

In addition, the annual "Human Scallop Pulling Contest" sees teams of strong competitors compete in a heated battle. In the "Salmon Catching Contest" for elementary school students, which is open on a first-come, first-served basis, children desperately chase salmon released into a specially set up fish tank.
