The Iwamizawa Nebuta Festival will be held by an executive committee mainly consisting of students from Hokkaido University of Education, Iwamizawa Campus. The festival will be held in the center of town, around Iwamizawa Station East Civic Square Park (Ariakecho South), the Akarenga Event Hall, and the central shopping arcade.
