"Starting a Geography Club"
The 4th Old Map Rogaining in Omagari

The "Old Map Rogaining" event, which was held in the housing complex area in July last year, will be held in the Omagari area this time. In keeping with Little Sail's philosophy, this Rogaining event will use old maps (※). The Omagari area has seen significant changes in land use from the Meiji period to the present day, and participants will rely on a compass and old maps from the Taisho period to tour the area.
This is a geography adventure game that makes use of the topography, history, and culture of the Omagari area. Why not explore the past and present of the Sapporo Main Road and the remains of dairy farms?

(※) Orienteering is a sport in which participants use a map to visit checkpoints and collect points.

Date and time: Saturday, September 20th, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
<Meeting place> Omagari Hall (Omagari Chuo 2-4-5)
<Target> People who can walk about 3km
Participation fee: 500 yen per person
Minimum number of participants: 5 people
<Application acceptance> Until Monday, September 15th
