This festival combines music, food, and experiences. Popular features include stage performances by invited guests and a food corner featuring popular local restaurants. The venue will be filled with a variety of activities, including live artist shows, talk shows, and character shows, as well as performances by local dance teams from the southern Hokkaido region and a singing grand prix, all of which are open to the public.

As part of the Hakodate Soul Food Festival, Kuishinbo Food Court will host a celebration of Hakodate soul food from restaurants in southern Hakodate. At Kurofune Circus Baseball School, a baseball class will be held by coach Kazuya Murata, a former Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters player, as well as an urban sports experience.


<What is the Black Ship Circus?>
The Minami Hokkaido Hakodate Kurofune (formerly Hakodate Kurofune), which has been held since 2009, was renovated into the Kurofune Circus in 2019. It is an outdoor festival where three generations of parents and children can enjoy music, food, and experiences, and has been held on Midori no Shima since 2023. In addition to live performances featuring invited guests, a variety of events are planned, including the Kurofune Circus Baseball School, the "Utauma Grand Prix" where karaoke singers are selected through public entries, and a food court.
