Date and time: Sunday, October 19, 2025, registration begins at 9:15 AM / 9:30 AM - 11:45 AM

Meeting place: Hokkaido University of Science, Building E (4-1, Maeda 7-jo 15-chome, Teine-ku, Sapporo)

Eligible participants:
Local residents, students and faculty of Hokkaido University of Science, and students and faculty of Hokkaido University of Science High School

Course: Hokkaido University of Science to Maeda Forest Park (approximately 6-8km route under consideration)
Capacity: 70 people (first come, first served)
Participation fee: Free (advance registration required)
Application period: Friday, September 19th, 2025 to Tuesday, October 14th, 2025 *Applications will close once capacity is reached
