"Halloween at Yanagawa Traffic Park" will be held to allow children to learn about traffic rules while having fun. While enjoying games, children can learn about how to cross the road and traffic lights. There will also be a drawing corner with luminous reflective materials, a ball-throwing game where you can make a ghost pumpkin, and a sparkly photo booth.
