A huge winter event in Hakodate, featuring the beautiful illumination of a giant tree floating on the sea. Fireworks are set off every day at 6:00 PM when the tree is lit. The hot soup bar, featuring popular local shops, is also popular. Hakodate Christmas Fantasy is held near the Red Brick Warehouse in the bay area. During the event, a giant Christmas tree floating on the sea will appear.

The tree is lit from 16:30 (18:00 on the first day). It is turned off at 17:45, and when it is turned back on around 18:00, fireworks are set off every day, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful illuminations until 22:00.
