Overview

It has been 20 years since Shiretoko was registered as a World Heritage Site. This program looks back on the past 20 years through the eyes of local residents living in the World Heritage site, highlighting the changes and challenges, and looking ahead to the future relationship between the World Heritage site and the local area.
