Implementation Details
(1) Eligibility: Works by toddlers (preschoolers) and children (elementary school students)
(2) Submission Address: To Otaru Aquarium, 3-chome-303 Shukutsu, Otaru City, 〒047-0047
(3) Artwork Submissions: ① Subjects must be animals, fish, etc., from the Otaru Aquarium
② Art supplies: Crayons, oil pastels, watercolors
③ Drawing paper size: Quarter-size (Eighth-size is also acceptable for toddlers)
④ Attach the application label to the back of the artwork
