This hotel was created to commemorate the second anniversary of the hotel's opening, and to coincide with the club partnership agreement concluded with Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo in September 2025, with the desire to create a place that unites the passion of Hokkaido together with the local community, the club, fans, and supporters. Guests will be able to share their feelings and ties to the city with former players from the club that symbolizes Hokkaido.

On the day of the event, a special dinner buffet will be served, featuring dishes inspired by the memories of the former players who will be performing, as well as the club colors of "red and black." The "Best OB Menu" will be determined by a vote of attendees, and the player chosen will receive a surprise gift.
