"Okhotsk Drift Ice Park Winterland 2026" will be held, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the winter outdoors. In addition to the popular "Rafting & Banana Boat Experience" (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only), "snowshoes" and "cross-country skis" will also be available for rental. This is the peak season for "drift ice tourism" in Monbetsu, and if you're lucky, you may even be able to catch a glimpse of the drift ice belts washing up along the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk.

■Snow rafting and banana boating

・Banana boat = 3-seater
・Rafting = 5-person capacity (up to 3 people over high school age, total weight 300kg or less)
・Children in the lower grades of elementary school and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*If preschool children are riding, the speed will be reduced.
・We will guide you in the order of reception.
・Advance reservations are not accepted.

■Snow Play Area
・Duration: 9:00-16:00 during the event
Venue: Green Stage next to Aozora Community Center
A square will be set up at the Aozora Community Center where you can enjoy winter Monbetsu to the fullest, with activities such as bobsledding and making snowmen. Sleds and snowball-making machines will also be available for rental. (You can bring your own equipment.)
