Red Bull 400 is a 400m race that runs in reverse up the Okurayama Ski Jump Stadium, a symbol of Sapporo. It is held in various categories: men's and women's individual races and a 4x100m relay, competing for the fastest time. The maximum gradient of the course is 37 degrees, a steep slope exceeding the inclination near the summit of Mt. Fuji (32-35 degrees). Furthermore, the elevation difference is approximately 130m, a height comparable to Sapporo's symbol, "Sapporo TV Tower." It is said that heart rates during the competition reach approximately 2 to 3 times the normal rate, and it is known as one of the world's most challenging races.

Last year, participants of a wide range of ages, from 16 to a maximum of 70 years old, gathered from all over the country, and 1,763 people challenged "Sapporo's Wall." This year, the scale will be further expanded, and we are recruiting approximately 2,000 participants, the largest number ever.
