Kyoko Suzuki Solo Exhibition "Glittering Love"
Date and Time
2026/4/3~29
11:00-19:00
*Closed on Sundays and Mondays
I am delighted to be able to exhibit my work in this newly relocated space. The new space has an air of future encounters and stories, and I feel joy in being able to place my works within it.
In this exhibition, I will be showing works on the theme of love, excitement, and the 'feeling of happiness,' including mushroom objects, wall hangings, and mini ceramic plates.
The mushroom, a symbolic motif, quietly spreads unseen, connecting life. I feel its form is somewhat similar to the love and emotions that grow within our hearts.
I hope this exhibition will be a moment that glitters like a small light in the hearts of its visitors.
With glittering love,
Kyoko Suzuki
Location: Japan
Born in 1966. Graduated from the Department of Textile Design at Tama Art University.
After working as a textile designer, she encountered ceramics during her stay in Italy. Inspired by painted plates, she began to teach herself overglaze painting. In the process, she became interested in ceramics itself and deepened her creative work through self-study.
Began working professionally as a ceramic artist in 2016.
