Including Sapporo Soup Curry, which originated in Sapporo and was selected as a "100-Year Food" by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, local curries from all over Hokkaido will gather. In addition to offering three different curries on a weekly basis, cooking classes will also be held as a Gastronomic Science project.
