Overview

12 establishments, including restaurants and tourism associations from the Shiribeshi region starting with Otaru City, will open stalls, offering local specialties, dishes each establishment is proud of, and menus using local ingredients. This is a gourmet event where you can casually enjoy the “culinary charm” of spring in Shiribeshi in a new green space by the seaside.
In addition, as an initiative incorporating the perspective of food education aimed at promoting understanding of the food culture of the Shiribeshi region, we plan to disseminate ingredient information at each stall and hold participatory projects that children can also enjoy.
We will propose a new way to spend time in Otaru, 'Eat, Play, Learn, and Relax at the Port,' while also letting the many tourists visiting during Golden Week know the charm of the region.

Sponsored by the Otaru Tourism Promotion Corporation, a lottery will also be held where you can win boarding tickets for the sightseeing boat 'Aobato'.
A total of 30 pairs (60 people) are planned over the 3 days (total value of 430,000 yen).
