12 stalls, including restaurants and tourism associations from the Shiribeshi region, starting with Otaru City, will be present, offering local specialties, signature dishes from each stall, and menus using regional ingredients. This is a gourmet event where you can casually enjoy the "culinary charms" of Shiribeshi in the spring at a new green space by the seaside.
In addition, as an initiative incorporating the perspective of food education to promote understanding of the Shiribeshi region's food culture, we plan to disseminate information about the ingredients at each stall and hold participatory events that children can also enjoy.
We aim to introduce the region's charms to the many tourists visiting during Golden Week, while also proposing a new way to spend time in Otaru: "eating, playing, learning, and relaxing at the port."

Sponsored by the Otaru Tourism Promotion Corporation, a lottery will also be held where you can win boarding tickets for the 'Aobato' sightseeing boat.
A total of 30 pairs, 60 people (total value of 430,000 yen), are planned to win over the three days.
