An urban festival held right in the middle of Odori! You can enjoy music in the open space of Sapporo PARCO. You can watch the live show while shopping at PARCO or have a meal at the restaurants inside. With a wristband, you can move freely throughout the building, so you can also watch the live show with a drink in hand.
