In Chuo-ku, Sapporo City, a small back alley about 200m long stretching south from Minami 1-jo/Tram Street, on the western edge of Odori, once called 'Miyuki-dori Street'. On this street, where a downtown atmosphere still remains, a market called 'Miyuki Market' existed in the Showa era as the local kitchen. It is said that many shops such as vegetable shops, fresh fish shops, and liquor stores, as well as eating and drinking establishments like coffee shops, diners, and small eateries, lined the street, making it very bustling.

On this street, whose name was about to be forgotten, the unique shops that still line it collaborated to bring back the vitality and bustle of the time when the market existed,
and the first event was born in October 2025. Its name is 'Miyuki-dori Street Market'. The much-talked-about town revitalization event, which ended with great success,
will be held again this spring.

The theme is 'Back Alley Fes.' With 'Miyuki-dori Street' and each shop in its neighborhood as a stage, the usual town will transform into a festival venue with special menus available only on this day, POP UP shops, flea markets, kitchen cars, DJ and live stages, and more. This second time, the area will be expanded, the number of venues will increase, and it will be further upgraded.
