Under the fully bloomed cherry blossoms, with food stalls, events, and a lottery, this is an event representing spring in Hamanaka Town that many people visit every year from various parts of the Doto region, such as Kushiro and Nemuro. Ice cream made with milk from Hamanaka is distributed for free (on a first-come, first-served basis). Gourmet food unique to Hamanaka Town that can only be tasted here will also be available at the food stalls.
