This is an event held at the outdoor stage of Kushiro Saiwaicho Ryokuchi to enjoy 'kaimu' (sea fog), a symbol of Kushiro's nature. The main event is a laser show that vividly colors the night sky enveloped in fog, where you can enjoy a fantastical space woven by the fog, laser beams, and sound. In addition, the Kairo Ichiba (Sea Hearth Market), where live performances are held and you can taste dishes made with seasonal ingredients, is also very popular.
