Approximately 4,000 fireworks, including starmines and launching fireworks, will be launched from the Toyohira River riverbed, brilliantly coloring the Sapporo night sky. For many decades, it has been cherished by the citizens as a seasonal tradition that heralds the short summer of Hokkaido.
