This event is not your typical, by-the-manual 'simulated experience'. Set at the Unkai Terrace, Farm Area, and front desk, we offer real work experiences at a 'genuine worksite' where you can feel the heartbeat of cows, hear the driving sound of machinery, and see the smiles of guests up close. This is a 'real-world social experience at a travel destination' that can only be had here, involving tasks related to Tomamu's nature and spectacular views, and embodying the unique hospitality of a resort.

Children who wear the same uniform as professionals and complete their responsible duties will be given 'Seed' point vouchers as compensation. Through the successful experience of 'independence and contributing to others' by choosing souvenirs for their family with the Seeds they earned themselves, we nurture children's independence and intellectual curiosity. In the 2026 Green Season program, we will offer jobs that leverage the nature of Hokkaido and the regional characteristics of Tomamu. In addition to the 'Dairy Farmer' who becomes a member of Farm Hoshino to care for calves, and the 'Front Desk Staff' at the forefront of resort hospitality, a new 'Unkai Gondola Maintenance Crew' will be introduced.

An experience that takes you behind the scenes of the Unkai Terrace, which was born from the staff's desire to 'deliver this spectacular view to our guests,' will be added. After work, you will receive 500 'Seeds,' which are point vouchers usable at the shops in Tomamu The Tower and RISONARE Tomamu. 100 Seeds can be used as 100 yen when shopping. This is a program that colors the story of a family, designed as a complete package that includes the successful experience of 'making your loved ones happy with your own efforts,' such as buying souvenirs for your family using the Seeds you earned yourself.
