This summer, the nights in Otaru become a little special. A fantastical space, 'Hoshifuru Kairou,' colored by Japanese umbrellas × light-ups × Tanabata decorations, will appear on Sakaimachi Dori. Japanese umbrellas spreading all over above your head, and sparkling lights at your feet. During the day, it's a retro town walk, and at night, it becomes a photogenic spot where the 'instagrammability' never stops.
This summer, you can experience 'The Town Where Wishes Fall' in Otaru.
