This is a safety management training course specializing in river activities. RAC stands for the NPO River Experience Activity Council, an organization certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of the Environment to train river instructors.

② Safety measures (consideration of risks in activities, identification of dangerous locations, actual self-rescue, etc.)
③ Basic skills for river experience activities (risks of personal equipment and how to use and manage tools, PFD experience, throw bag rescue, basic swimming methods in flowing water, monitoring, roll call, etc.)
