We will be holding the 'Kitahiroshima・Taiwan Biyori 2026' event, which aims to create a new place for exchange in Kitahiroshima with the concept of 'Challenge × Support' through food culture. This event is planned and produced by Gu, a member of the Community-Reactivating Cooperator Squad from Taiwan. In addition to experiencing the changes in Taiwanese food culture throughout the day, from 'breakfast to night market,' the event offers a chance to enjoy a real Taiwanese holiday while in Kitahiroshima, with sales of Taiwanese miscellaneous goods, tourist information, and night market game experiences.

From brunch at 10:00 AM to the evening night market, you can enjoy the changing Taiwanese food culture all day long. Many menu items that replicate authentic flavors will be available, such as the classic Taiwanese breakfast 'Danbing (Danbing),' the familiar 'Lu Rou Fan (Lu Rou Fan),' 'Da Ji Pai (Taiwanese Fried Chicken),' and 'Guancai Ban (Fried Bread).'
