The Ministry of the Environment will hold an online basic course, the "Let's Start! Regional Decarbonization Seminar," for municipalities and local businesses that "want to start regional decarbonization projects from now on," where they can learn basic knowledge, case studies, and methods to overcome various barriers during implementation.
