Overview
Tomakomai City's official character, 'Tomachop,' will celebrate the major milestone of its 15th anniversary on August 22nd of this year. We want to directly express our daily gratitude to all the citizens and everyone both inside and outside of Hokkaido who have supported us until now. With this in mind, we will hold a commemorative event together with friend characters.
