名寄市の短い夏の最大のイベントです。和太鼓やYOSAKOI演舞、プロのミュージシャンによる野外ライブコンサート等が行われ、会場を盛り上げます。ラストには天塩川花火大会が真夏の夜空を彩ります。また、HTB開局50週年の「出張HTBイチオシ！まつり」とコラボ。近隣市町村の出店ブースなどが設けられます。
