Overview

The Multimedia Pavilion "IT Dream (ATOM)" is the information transmission base of Nishi-Kobe Village.
It houses the broadcasting equipment and studios of NCN (Nishi-Kobe Communication Network), which provides CATV service to all households in the village, a media room with equipment for independent broadcasting, program editing, etc., fiber-optic infrastructure equipment that reaches all households in the village, and the village information system. The center of multimedia-related operations in the village, including the maintenance and management of server equipment.
