Ebetsu River Disaster Prevention Station
Overview
This facility serves as a base for flood prevention activities in the event of a disaster. It is open to the public as a place to learn about the river with exhibits of disaster prevention and evacuation supplies and a replica of the Kamikawa Maru, a steamship that once sailed the Ishikari River, as well as a store selling local products and a cafeteria.
